Good Weddings Depend on Good Teamwork

A ceremony never happens in isolation. Planners manage timelines, venue teams prepare the setting, and photographers need the right moments and space.

My role is to understand where the ceremony fits into all of that.

I communicate clearly before the wedding and normally arrive around 30 minutes before the ceremony. I coordinate with the people involved and adapt when plans change.

I can communicate directly with you or the couple, depending on how you prefer to work.

The couple doesn't need to be aware of this.

I create and conduct personal, secular, and inclusive wedding ceremonies in English, German, French, and Dutch.

Every ceremony is shaped around the couple rather than a fixed script. I also conduct vow renewals and ceremonies for couples from different cultural backgrounds.

When You Need Someone on the Island

International planners don't always need to send their own team to Koh Samui.

I can act as your on-island coordinator for a wedding you've already planned. Once the details and suppliers are in place, I can oversee the local delivery and help ensure everything comes together as intended.

I can also provide practical support before the wedding. That might include checking a location, meeting suppliers, or coordinating selected elements locally.

For intimate weddings and elopements, I can take a more active role in bringing the essential pieces together.

The aim isn't to replace the planner. It's to give you someone reliable on the ground when you need it.

I've conducted ceremonies at resorts, private villas, and beaches across Koh Samui.

That includes Silavadee, Tongsai Bay, Rocky's, Peace Resort, and Meliá Koh Samui. I've also worked at the Ritz-Carlton, Nikki Beach, InterContinental, Hyatt Regency, and Sheraton.

Working across different venues has taught me how much the practical details can vary between settings.Koh Samui is home, but I'm also available for ceremonies elsewhere in Thailand. Travel and accommodation requirements depend on the location and schedule.
